Brightscope Rating

To have your company's retirement plan rated for free, the following steps need to be taken:

• Go to www.brightscope.com
• Register to create an account (your email) or log on if you previously registered
• Enter your company name and select your plan from the list shown
• Scroll down the page to the Plan Data Vault icon (lower right) and open it
• Upload the following documents in PDF format:
• Most recent form 5500
• Summary Plan Description (SPD)*
• Schedule of Assets*
• Balance of Assets

* Please note, if your plan has more than 100 participants and you file a Schedule H with Form 5500, we can use your Audit Report in place of the SPD & Schedule of Assets.
